BiKBBI CEO Damian Walters was invited to join the BBC One Wales X-Ray team in Cardiff last week, in an episode involving Mr Phillips and an IKEA kitchen installation from 2019.
The episode, which was broadcast on Monday (19th October) in Wales, explored consumer rights and how people should approach disputes with tradespeople.
In this episode, Damian advised viewers to work with their installer in the first instance, but to escalate the matter to the retailer if the installation was purchased via a retailer.
