The British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installation (BiKBBI) is delighted to confirm the appointment of Steve Gow as its Director of Learning & Development.
Steve joins BiKBBI at an exciting time, following the organisations recent education announcement, sponsored by Quooker.
A highly respected industry expert, Steve has over 25 years experience within the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom industry, working with a number of high profile businesses including MFI and Homebase, as well as more recently with The Dispute Resolution Ombudsman.
Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), Steve will be responsible for BiKBBI’s educational strategy, including its Apprenticeship initiative, BiKBBI Campus and new training programme designed to support its Retail Installation Standards Partners.
BiKBBI continue its support of the industry with a new, FREE certified training course on the subject of Covid Safe Operating Procedures. Details of this course, together with registration details can be found within our events section of this website.
