BiKBBI’s Compliance & Administrative Management System (CAMS) will go live in March following nine months of development.
The new IT system is delivered to meet the needs of a fast-growing membership population and will fully automate the compliance function, which underpins the BiKBBI proposition.
Notably, the new system will take the organisations administrative function to a completely paperless and digital process, which will not only improve efficiency and speed of process, but will further increase the security of processed information, exceeding GDPR minimum requirement.
“The new system will bring a number of benefits to the organisation, our members and our retail partners” according to BiKBBI Data Manager Shayne O’Brien.
Shayne went on to say: “Digitalisation of our processes is long overdue, but came with significant investment, only possible as a result of our continued growth”.
CAMS will be phased in over 8 weeks, with membership numbers being replaced with ‘Business ID’s’ and Installer ‘Licences’ – Members will be contacted when the changeover is complete.
