Founded by three industry experts, Damian Walters, Andrew Carter and Gordon Smith, the formerly named Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installers (iKBBI) was soft launched in 2006 with an objective to support installation businesses with their commercial aspirations, whilst defining installation standards and providing UK consumers with informed choice.
